Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship anywhere within the United States of America - including Hawaii and Alaska however those states take long shipping time.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A: Orders should arrive within 5-7 business days of ordering however orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will take around 9-12 business days.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: We mail almost every order through the United States Postal Service. You can track your package using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation on the USPS website. Bulk orders are sent through FedEx and you can track those packages the same way, just on the FedEx website.
Q: Can I change the shipping address on my order?
A: If you have yet to receive you shipping confirmation, we can still change the shipping address of your order. To do so, email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make the switch.
Q: My item was lost in shipping. Can you help?
A: Oh no! If your item was lost in shipping, email us at email@example.com with your name and order number so we can verify your purchase and issue you a new item.
About Orders, Returns & Exchanges
Q: Are the items in my cart reserved for me until I check out?
A: Your items in your shopping bag are not reserved until your purchase is complete. Once you receive an order confirmation are the items in your cart yours.
Q: Do you have coupon codes or sales?
A: For new customers, we offer a 10% off coupon on our first order. A window normally pops up on the homepage with the coupon code. If you didn't see this code, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. As for sales, we currently are offering no sales. When we do, prices will be adjusted online.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: All payment methods are listed at the footer of the webpage. We accept most major credit cards, however do not take cash or check.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return your items 30 days after they were purchased as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and the tags are still on. To return your items, please email email@example.com with your order number and first and last name for a pre-paid return label. You can find your order number on the packing slip included in your package.
Q: I'm trying to return something but don't have my packing slip. Can you help?
A: If you want to make a return but cannot find or no longer have your packing slip, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check your order number and issue a return as soon as possible.
Q: How can I exchange my order?
A: If you would like to exchange your order, please email email@example.com so we are aware to reserve an item in your size. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship out your altered size.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: Once you have received your shipping confirmation we cannot cancel your order. Once you send your order back to us, we will issue a full refund. If your shipping confirmation has not been sent yet, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a refund or a pre-paid return label.
Q: What I ordered is now sold at a lower price, can I have my price adjusted?
A: Once items are purchased and worn, we will not adjust prices for a pre-purchased garment.

Q: How does your sizing run?
A: Sizing is true to your typically purchased size.
Q: How can I care for and clean your products?
A: Each product should be cared for differently depending on the fabric and print they use. For individual instructions, seek the wash tag on the inside of the garment for further instructions.
Q: I want something that is sold out. When will it be restocked?
A: We are sorry that what you are looking for is currently unavailable. We are working tirelessly to get it back in stock as soon as we can. We announce all restock alerts on our social channels, so make sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram. We will also send an email blast when we restock items, so make sure you're subscribed to our emails at the footer of our page.
Q: Can I order a gift card?
A: If you would like to order a gift card, email email@example.com and we will issue you an e-card with a unique code in your preferred amount.
Q: Do you have petite or plus sizing?
A: Right now, we do not offer petite or plus sizes, however those are on our list of expansions as we introduce new product.

A: We are proudly located in Crozier, Virginia - a small town just outside of Richmond. We design and ship all of our products in house.

Q: Are you accepting brand ambassadors?
